My son traded cars with a family member, and he wanted his upgraded radio installed in a 2013 Altima. We were offered the opportunity to sit and wait, but, being a teacher, I needed to drop it off the night before. The staff was flexible and locked the car in their shop that evening. During the install, they kept me up to date and even hooked up his back up camera and steering wheel audio controls. Highly recommend. Love the warranty.
